Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe Hass avocado
1 cup spinach
½ cup pineapple, diced
1 frozen banana, sliced
juice of ½ lime
1 tbsp honey
2 cups soy milk (or other milk of choice)
1 cup ice cubes

Method

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.
