The Avocado Nutrition and Health Report is now available providing a summary of the global body of evidence on avocado nutrition.
The report includes information from a new CSIRO systematic literature review on cardiometabolic health as well as the consensus from an expert roundtable on recommended serving size and frequency of consumption.
It also includes practical information and usage tips to help more Australians reap the health benefits of including more avocados in their diet.
