2 Large Ripe Avocados
3 ½ tbsp Neutral Oil
1 Lemon, juiced
2 Ice Cubes
1 pinch Sea Salt
Method

Add avocado, lemon juice, sea salt, and 1 ice cube to a blender.

Blend for 30–45 seconds or until smooth.

Scrape down the sides.

Add the second ice cube and blend again, slowly drizzling in the oil until the mixture is completely smooth, buttery, and emulsified.
