 1 Jacket Potato (baked until fluffy)
 1 Large Dollop of Whipped Avo Butter (see recipe)
 1 Dollop of Sour Cream, to liking
 Handful of Crispy Bacon Bits
 Chives to garnish

Bake or roast the jacket potato at 200 degrees until the skin is crispy and the inside is tender (approx. 45mins to an hour).

Cut the potato open.

Add a big dollop of Whipped Avo directly into steaming potato. Recipe here

Top with a dollop of sour cream, crispy bacon bits, and a sprinkle of chives.
